Fold and Fray ships zero waste and plastic-free. All items are wrapped in brown kraft paper, packed into a cardboard box/mailer and sealed with paper tape. If your order is a gift please specify in the notes section at checkout. Every order comes with a tracking number and insurance coverage.

CANADA

• All orders ship within 7 business days.
• Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 CAD. 
• Ontario & Québec orders ship at a flat rate of $14 CAD. 
• All other Provinces & Territories are a flat rate of $18 CAD. 

• Free Local Delivery for Guelph, Ontario (includes Rockwood and Eden Mills). This is a set radius. If you're not within the preset radius, but would like to arrange a contactless local delivery, email hello@foldandfray.com.

U.S.A.

• All orders ship within 7 business days.
• Free Shipping on orders over $100 CAD
• Orders under $100 CAD ship at a flat rate of $24. This is about $18 USD.
• Customs fees may apply and are paid by the customer. Fold and Fray is not responsible for any other additional fees due to shipping.
