Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped within 7 business days. Please expect longer than usual delivery times due to Covid-19. Fold and Fray ships plastic-free, using 100% recycled materials. All items are wrapped in brown kraft paper, packed into a cardboard box or mailer and sealed with paper tape. Every order comes with a tracking number and insurance coverage.

CANADIAN OPTIONS
FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders over $150. 

Shipping costs depend on weight. Shipping within Ontario/Quebec is a flat rate of $10 or $15 CAD. Shipping costs for all other Canadian provinces/territories is a flat rate of $15 or $20 CAD.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY within the Guelph, Ontario area. This is a set radius. If you're not within the preset radius, but would like to arrange a contactless local delivery/pick-up, email hello@foldandfray.com.

U.S.A
Shipping cost to the U.S.A is a flat rate of $20 or $30 CAD, dependent on weight. Customs fees may apply and are paid by the customer. Fold and Fray is not responsible for any other additional fees due to shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL 
While we don't currently offer international shipping. It is something we are working on.

Please note that at this time, all items are final sale. Because all items are secondhand/preloved, they will show some signs of general use. We note the condition of each piece in the item description and indicate any repairs that may have been done. Although we do our best to make note of imperfections, it is possible something may be overlooked.
