DESCRIPTION
These linen pants are the "Caroline Fit" from Brooks Brothers, and make a perfect spring/summer dress pant. They're made from a soft, supple, light-weight linen in a warm-toned light beige/cream colour. These pants have a zipper fly with a button and clasp closure, which gives the front a streamlined clean look. The back has two welt pockets that are still stitched closed. The pants are lined, and there is detailed facing along the inside of the waistband. They are in excellent condition. These pants retail at $200-300. Because these pants are lined, they are dry clean only, and we have had them GreenEarth Dry Cleaned.

MEASUREMENT DEFINITIONS
Arrange the back of the garment so that the entire center back seam is showing. (The garment may not lay flat when this measurement is taken.) At the center of the top edge of the garment (top of the waist), straight down to where the crotch and leg seams intersect.
From the center of the top edge on the front of the garment, straight down the center to where the crotch and leg seams intersect.
On the front of the garment, straight across from side to side, about 3-4” above the crotch seam (usually near the bottom of the zipper).
Along the inside of one leg, from the crotch (seam) down to the bottom of the hem.
Straight across the bottom hem of one leg.
Along the side edge of the garment, from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the hem.
Straight across the entire width of the leg, 2” from the crotch and parallel to leg opening.
On the back of the garment, at the top, straight across, side to side.
