This Black vintage high-rise wool pencil skirt is in great condition and has a contour waistband. It has a back zipper of 8" with a clasp, and a back slit of 8". This skirt is excellent quality and is lined. Fold and Fray has patched a very small hole on the front at the bottom that is barely visible.
